40 Acres Top 40

Bee 40 is a model for land sharing, gifting, leasing, and life-estates.  Any form of land ownership to be matched to allow beekeepers access to their hives.

We the Beekeepers are always in need of open spaces and vacant land.  So we devised a way to protect land owners who grant access to land for  local beekeepers.  Including public lands and working with non-profits that manage California State Wetlands.
